Steven Breeze was convicted at Doncaster Crown Court in July 2003 . Little apart from his denial was advanced at that stage by his legal team in support of his defence .

Upon conviction Steven Breeze sought legal help to seek to overturn his miscarriage of justice . It was a case throught with difficulty which required extensive investigation of the evidence which was available .

We took up Steven Breezes case and set about reconstructing it .

It was a difficult road with knockbacks along the way including a refusal by the single judge . However today Steven Breeze was returned to his family , his conviction quashed .

The Appeal was heard by Lord Justice Toulson , Mr Justice Bean and HHJ Paget QC

Steven Breeze's conviction has been quashed by the Full Court . This was despite an initial refusal by the Single Judge . An extensive investigation was able to deliver strong grounds which contributed to a view by the Court that the direcitons given by the Trial Judge were inadequate .
