Quick Links & News

Leave to Appeal has been given in the case of H to appeal against his conviction  for serious sexual offences of an historical nature .

He was convicted at Sheffield Crown Court Before HHJ Keene in 2005 .

The case raises an interesting argument over the issue of Doli Incopax and the adequacy of Trial Representation .

The issues of Doli Incopax come hot on the trail of the recent ruling of the House of Lords and demonstrates that potentially doli incopax remains a live and relevant issue in historical cases .

The Case will be heard later in the year .
