On 15th February 2009 Jordans were once again before the Administrative Court successfully Judicially Reviewing the failure of the Parole Board to fix a timely review in the light of recent decisions in cases

Prison ID Cards - Jordans remain concerned about the unilateral imposition of ID Cards on Prisoners when the general public are not being required ot carry such a form of identity , there is evidence this system is not required , proportional or being systematically operated . Accordingly Judicial Review Proceedings have now been issued over the matter by us . How this develops will be of interest .
