Jordans Hit Purple Patch on Parole
The Prison Law department was this week enjoying a patch of considerable success in very difficult parole cases which have led to a number of men achieving Parole at first application for offences they maintain they are innocent of .
The applications which went to Oral Hearings were successfully argued out by Jordans Prison Lawyers Rachel Baldwin and Mark Newby .
Such applications continue to be significant challenges but Jordans robust representations clearly provided a strong platform to persuade the Parole Board that release was justified .
Jordans recent initiative to promote Powers of Attorneys have led to a substantial number of enquiries .
