Home Information Pack requirements are changing from the 6th April 2009 .

The new Key requirements are :

1) Hips must be available from the first day of marketing, but local searches may still be addedUp to 28 days after the first point of marketing

2) Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ) will be a mandatory HIP requirement

3) Missing data in personal searches can no longer be covered by insurance.
