We stuck with him and demonstrated to the Court of Appeal exactly how unsafe the Conviction was ensuring Mr Joynson was quickly released back to his family

We represented a man accused of death by dangerous . The matter proceeded through trial and re-trial after we successfully stopped an earlier trial to protect the clients interests . Despite the best efforts of the Crown and a biased Judge who has since retired we navigated the client to a Not Guilty Verdict .

R v Barrett [ 2009 ] Roadways through a private caravan park that were used by the public to gain access to a public beach were “roads” for the purposes of the Road Traffic Act 1988 s.103 so that a motorist could be convicted of an offence of driving whilst disqualified in respect of his driving on those roadways
