Representation was provided to a company arising out of the death of an employee on an industrial site . Advise was provided in the criminal proceedings and in addition full representation was provided at the inquest which successfully led to a coronors verdict of accidental death , thereby avoiding any Health & Safety prosecution .

Steven Breeze's conviction has been quashed by the Full Court . This was despite an initial refusal by the Single Judge . An extensive investigation was able to deliver strong grounds which contributed to a view by the Court that the direcitons given by the Trial Judge were inadequate .
